Each section includes: • Multimedia Lessons covering essential topics such as mental health in global contexts, assessment, active listening, crisis response, therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, SFT), and feedback-informed care • Knowledge Checks and Practice Activities to reinforce learning and strengthen real-world skills • Optional Reflection Prompts to support personal insight and growth • End-of-Section Quizzes to track your progress and prepare you for certification You’ll also have opportunities to participate in hands-on practice and real-world application, connecting with others around the world to try out your skills, reflect together, and build confidence through experiential learning. The full 10-section program offers a comprehensive foundation in mental health support—preparing you to make a meaningful difference in your community, organization, or future work in the mental health field. Upon completion of all modules and quizzes, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing your training as a CMHW.
